Incline Village Home Repair and Remodel has been trusted by Realtors and property managers in Incline Village for well over 25 years.  Most of the work is comprised of plumbing and electrical service work along with escrow repair punch-lists.  Prior to that, the owner, Dave, trained with various electrical and plumbing contractors here in Incline and elsewhere on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe.  Dave obtained a business degree from Sierra Nevada College, where he also worked as a classical guitar instructor.  Dave worked in large scale construction in Southern California building schools and large apartment complexes.

We’ve held a  General Contractor’s license for Nevada in 1996 and have done many interior remodels for clients who have wanted to capture the mountain feel combined with elegance and functionality. However, we can create “Modern Mountain” and minimalist designs, as well. 

Anita, a professional private chef  has a marvelous sense of design and function and loves making  kitchens and baths come alive, from those in spacious mountain homes to cozy condo spaces.

UPDATE:  At this time, IVHR is focusing on plumbing and electrical service work along with other smaller projects where local contractors are difficult to get.  In fact, we return all calls the following business morning.
